The Kern Medical Department of Family Medicine provides inpatient and outpatient care to families of the community, including adult, pediatric and obstetric patients.
The department is also a fully accredited teaching program, training physicians in the specialty of Family Practice.
The family practice outpatient clinics and departmental offices are located in the new Sagebrush Medical Plaza at 1111 Columbus Street, in Bakersfield. Laboratory, x-ray and pharmacy services may also be obtained within the Sagebrush Medical Plaza.
